Any scheduling system within arcs for input vacation dates and set as unavailable automatically

Do we have some sort of scheduling system within arcs where we could input our vacation dates and have system set us to unavailable for those periods.

Sometimes when people go on vacation ,they forget to update their ARCS status as unavailable and sometimes there are delay in getting assistance with having them set to unavailable in backend . this problem then create delay in daily recs which creates exception at end of month . It would be great if we could have some sort of scheduling system within arcs where we could input our vacation dates and have the system set us to unavailable for those periods which could allow for less of chance of error and prevent unnecessary exception.
