can autocomplete rule or context validator access table-validated value set?

Summary: Employee will Request the Compensatory Day Off through DOR by entering the Start Date and End Date. we have a written a table value set which will check if the person is eligible for the comp off request for the dates passed. Let us know if there is a way, we could access that value set in Autocomplete Rule or Context Validator.
