How to schedule Maintain Party and Location Current Record Information with From and To Dates

Hello,

We have a requirement to run 'Maintain Party and Location Current Record Information' job frequently. We have scheduled this job to run every hour
This helps to create party IDs that are required for HR updaters to manage Personal payment methods for the employees.

However, this job does not cater to future dated hires.
In a few cases, we have to run this job manually with From Date and To Date in the future to create the required IDs for the personal payment method is available to be updated.

Question - How can we schedule the Maintain Party and Location Current Record Information job to have From date = (SYSDATE - 7) and To Date = (SYSDATE + 14)?
