When copying the Appointment Manager Layout and creating a custom Manager Layout, when clicking on the 'Add Field Button', nothing happens, and I am not able to add a new field for this manager layout. I was looking at adding the Shipment Refnum Qualifer to be able to search for the shipments rather than the Shipment ID.

Is this by design, are you not to allowed to customize this manager layout?

Note: I thought it might be the browser, but the I got the same results trying in another browser.
