Create a performance goal REST API Attachment Support

Summary:

We have requirment create a performance goal with attachments, we were able to create with comments and other details.

However we dont see anything related to attachments in API documentation, is attachment supported or not?


/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/goalPlans/{GoalPlanId}/child/performanceGoals

Identified - /hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/performanceGoalsV2 supports all our requirments, however this is not documented in Oracle REST API documentation.

Are we good to use this , could someone from oracle product team help us to understand whether it is miss in documentation or we are not supposed
use this ?
