Import Requsition - The value of the attribute Deliver-To-Location isn't valid

We are trying to Import Requisitions using the RequisitionImportTemplate however we are receiving this error "The value of the attribute Deliver-To-Location isn't valid"

Upon checking in Manage Locations, the Deliver-to-Location code is correct.

Is there other source of the deliver to location code for this table?
