I am getting error in HDL while loading the worker data

Summary:

I am trying to load the worker data through HDL I am getting these 2 errors

• Work terms records are required when you create or update assignments.
• The corresponding date effective record in the WorkTerms for date 2024-07-25, action ASG_CHANGE, and effective sequence 2 is missing for the Assignments.
  Can anyone help me how to resolve this error
