Override value posted at base level entity (Non-U.S.D) does not rollup to Parent entity (Non U.S.D)

We are posting Override value at base level entity (Non-U.S. D), the override values are not rolling up to the Non-U.S. D Parent. We need to create an ODR to allow rollup of the override value at the parent level (non-U.S. D). Can anyone help on this if worked on this before.
