Hi all,

For requesting a new position, there are some fields, such as location and cost center, which we do not use. I thought only the fields that are being used would appear on the approval. Additionally, we are wondering why the hiring status is set to approved, which isn't something we set when requesting a new position. Also, why is the "budgeted position" set to "yes" per default?
If you do not want these four fields, the only option is to create a customized report?
