Is there a way to associate different shifts to different work centers in the same MFG Plant

Requirement: Different work-centers within same organization has different shifts. Example: Some work-center has 8-hour shift, some has 10-hour shift, some has 12-hour shift, some has 24-hour shift etc.

I know that we have the option to create resource exception from 'Manage Work Center Resource Calendar' . Other than that, is there a way to associate multiple shifts to the same manufacturing calendar so that we can select different shifts for different work center resources.
