Oracle Fusion: PR not created from the planned order where BPA validation fails.

PR not created from the planned order where BPA validation fails. Is there a way to bypass this and achieve the requirement? If the BPA is not valid then PR should be created based on the item master's price list.

Planned order is released from the Supply plan. Planned order number: 13381198

Planned order created for 4600 qty, and item’s price is Rs. 744.61 defined in the BPA.

In the BPA, remaining amount left is 17,53,690
Due to which the planned order is not getting converted to the PR/PO. It throws error in the supply orchestration. Here Planned order is validating with the BPA.
