How do I use a relationship in BI Publisher Desktop?

For example, if certain questions in the narrative entity are related to certain project categories and any given narrative can be used for many project categories, how do I get BI Publisher to list the project categories that are related to the narrative question?

Here is the relationship text:

the project categories for the narrative question (PC_for_narrativeQuestion)

From: the narrative

to many instances of: the project category

Reverse Relationship: the narrative question for the project category (narrativeQuestion_for_PC)

Desired output on the form:
