Adding movable box page Component to a new page created in the structures

We would like to add a movable box component to a new page created under my team in the structures

The objective is to host the xmplserver URL of the multiple BI reports as a link in a single page for a easy access to the users.
its like a page that has all the daily reports as a direct link from the springboard.

We are able to create an add the movable box to a new page. but the component is not only visible in that page but also visible in the person management screens. which is not correct as this new component was only added to the new page
