Summary:

We have enabled EPBCS projects module in our instance however client has taken a decision to do a detailed bottom-up budgeting in Oracle PPM. Client intends to use only project benefit tracking feature from the OOTB projects module. The challenge is they have around 38k projects which are grouped into different hierarchies and this list will keep increasing. We are thinking of using a custom ASO cube instead of OOTB PROJECTS for this purpose(reporting) as we anticipate huge time for aggregating the data for 37k projects. We have enabled Hybrid app though.
