How to update Item Rates in Customer Program

Summary:

We have a requirement to update Item Rates in an existing Active Customer Program

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

When we open an existing active program, I don't see any way to update the Item Rates or Amount. Please suggest, how to update these Item Rates in an active Program.

I only see below mentioned options - Cancel, Terminate, Update. But can't see any option to Edit the Program to make some updates on the Program. Please suggest, how to enable Edit capability on the Customer Program
