    Hi Everyone,

    Hoping to get your support and advise on the reason why we are seeing duplicate records for our test users in our DEV environment.

    1. We had a refresh to our DEV environment in June and test users were created again after the refresh.
    2. The record highlighted in green with the initials is the record that was created recently on our end and we are wondering the reasons for the other record highlighted in red to show as this is related to the person number from the old test user person number from the previous refresh.
