How to enable audit log in report and analytics.

Summary:
Is there any possibility to add audit log in report and analytics?

For example: In objects(like Lead ,Opportunity ) there is a field which shows the value of last updated date(when is the last update done). Along with that a field that shows what is the last update done is also needed.
