Summary:

Hi Expert,

We upgraded our TEST and DEV OIC instances from Gen 2 to Gen3. Rebuild the connectivity agent with the new agent version plus "auto populated InstallerProfile.cfg" file.

We have an existing "Application Type" application that kick off when our on-prem EBS (12.2.5) environment raise an event.
in DEV OIC instance, this integration run just fine. (zeusoicdev user)
in TEST OIC instance, we are getting "Error while processing authentication at Trigger. Failed due to - 401 : Unauthorized" (zeusoictest user)


If several of these calls with 401 unauthorized would "lock" the dedicated user (zeusoictest ) in the IDCS console.

Again, this did not happen in DEV OIC instance, only in TEST OIC instance.
