PDH : Translated Values are not displaying for Item Description generated using Item Rules

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have defined the Value Set subtype as "Translated" for the Item description generation attributes and have added the same attributes in the item description rules. However, when the rule is executed from the user interface, the "*Translated Value" is not being displayed on the item instead, "*value" is being displayed on generated item description . Could please help us understand if there is an functionality to consider the "*Translated Value" to be displayed on the Item ? I have attached document for reference.

Any help on this query or requirement is highly appreciated.
