IP Address Tracking Method and Missing Data in Insight Reports

Dear Respected,

I’d like to understand how Eloqua stores IP addresses and why some contacts’ IP addresses are not being tracked. I would appreciate it if you could answer the questions below and share the information with me.

1. How does Eloqua store IP addresses, and what is the logic for storing IP addresses for form submitters?

2. In the Insight report for a specific form, some contacts are listed without an IP address. Why are there blank IP addresses?
