Functionality of Labels

Summary:

Since the update took place to allow developers to use Labels in the consol in order to organise and search for guides according their bespoke categorisations, does this mean now that we can no longer use this functionality to provide additional search terms for end users? For example, if the process guide was How to register an absence, we might want to tag this with terms like 'holiday', 'sickness' etc.

If labels are no longer the answer, are there any suggested alternative ways to do this?
