Segregation of lease creation and posting rights in Fixed asset leases

Hi,

we have a requirement wherein the ask is to separate the lease creation and submission rights to different users. However, we went through the privelegs associated with asset accounting manager and there is only a single privilege namely "Manage Fixed Asset Leases" that allows all the tasks like:

• create asset leases,
• add leased asset,
• generate periodic lease payment invoices and,
• account interest accrued on lease liability.

Is there a way to segregate the rights between both since there are no separate priveleges to do the same ?
