Move AI tools to different instance

We have a requirement to migrate Gen AI tools to a different instance without making any manual changes in the new instance. Specifically, if Gen AI is activated via VB Studio in Instance 1, we should be able to transfer the workspace to another instance and utilize Gen AI there seamlessly.

Is this scenario currently feasible? Any references or documentation to assist with this process would be greatly appreciated.
