The Nudge Configuration is not sending out email notifications

Summary:

Hi everyone,

I created an employee's birthday on Nudge and mapped the channel to email & touchpoints.

I ran the scheduled process 'Process HCM Nudge' & 'Process HCM Scheduled Nudges' and it became successful. I logged in as a line manager, and I don't see any notifications.  It don't work for both channel.

Can someone please assist me if I missed any step.
