How to make order type read only once we provide restrict user from changes using personalization

Summary:

We have a below requirement:

1. Once user provides the order type while creation of order, User should be restricted from making any changes to the order type. Which means, while create order order type field should be editable and post we select the value, order type field should be read only.

Please share the expression to achieve this in page personalization.
