Unplanned Resources do not follow capitalizable flag on parent task

Summary: Unplanned Resources do not follow capitalizable flag on parent task. The parent task 02-01 is set to capitalizable, however because we had some unplanned resources all transactions come through (ap invoice, inventory, etc) import with capitalizable flag set to no. Is there a way we can get these to follow the parent task setting? We're having to manually adjust each transaction to be capitalizable.
