We are unable to cancel the Internal requisition

Summary:

There is a Transfer Order been created against the internal requisition. The Transfer order is in the interface status and we need to cancel both the document because canceling the transfer order will not cancel the requisition. Once we cancel the Transfer Order we are unable to cancel the IR and system is throwing an error which is follows:
