Autocomplete that connects Grade Ladder to a combination of Location and (multiples)Job

Summary:

Hello!

I have an Autocomplete field that needs to display a Grade Ladder based on a combination of Location and Job (e.g., if I am in Location A and select Job B, Grade Ladder C needs to be displayed in the field). The problem is that some Jobs in the same Location have multiple Grade Ladders (e.g., in the previous scenario, Location A and Job B could have Grade Ladders C, D, E, or F). Is there a way to create a rule to automatically populate the field?

In the image, I have different Jobs corresponding to different Grade Ladders, but the issue is that I left out some Grade Ladders that would conflict with other IF conditions in the rule. Is there a way to manipulate a list of items (Grade Ladders) based only on Location and Job, considering that one Job could have multiple Grade Ladders?

Howdy, Stranger!
