We are facing an issue where the OIC integration is failing to activate

Summary:

We are facing an issue where the OIC integration we built to import OTL time entries into HCM Cloud is failing to activate with the below error.

There were no changes done in the integration. We have tried to recreate connections, refresh metadata, delete and import an older working backup, but nothing is working.

We are using the timerecordeventrequests API and it is working fine with the same SaaS credentials through Postman.

We are on OCI Gen3.
