Rescind Termination Same Effective Date

Our HR Admin team has provided us an issue they received. On 7/22, the admin set a termination date for an employee as of 7/28. On 7/25, the term was rescinded with an effective date of 7/28 as the employee was hired into a different role. The internal was moved to HR from the recruiter on 7/30. However, a rehire row was created for the employee even though the rescind was in place. When attempting to transfer the employee to their new role, the HR Admin is brought to the employee's term page.
