I am seeking assistance with configuring the requisition creation process within the Oracle Recruiting Cloud system. Specifically, I need to ensure that the level of the hiring manager is appropriately aligned with the level of the requisition being created.
To clarify, the system requires that the level of the hiring manager must be higher than the level of the requisition. For example, if a hiring manager is positioned at level L2, then the requisition created should be for a position at level L3 or lower. The hierarchical levels range from L1 (highest) to L8 (lowest). Thus, with a hiring manager at L2, requisitions can only be created for levels L3 through L8 and not for any level higher than L2.
