We have a requirement to create project external commitment using SOAP or REST.

Can you please suggest which one should we use:
REST: /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/projectCommitments


OR
SOAP: /fscmService/ProjectCommitmentsService
—receiveCommitmentTransactions

If both (SOAP and REST) have the same underlying functionality, we would prefer using REST.

I would highly appreciate getting a feedback on the same.
