Hello,

How can I delete existing external commitment transactions in Oracle Fusion Project Costing? Can this be done for partial consumption. Eg. PO for $100 is created in an external system --> Commitment is recorded in Oracle Projects - > Invoice is created in Oracle for $50. How do we use standard Oracle functionality to partially release the external commitment?
