Identify OIC connections to ATP database using unexpected database service

Summary:

We have hundreds of OIC flows that connect to our ATP database. We only have 1 OIC connection defined to the database, and it is using the service "_tp". However, when I look at the active sessions on our database, I can see there are always some that are using "_high". They all have the same machine names listed, which end in "oic.oraclevcn.com". I cannot figure out where these "_high" connections are coming from.

I am trying to identify what is causing these connections because when we increase our ATP database CPU count higher than 1, we have a handful of integrations that get one of these errors when executing their stored procedures:
