When enable Location Security, user can not see the folder to upload file

Hello everyone,

When i enable the Location security for Data management:

  1. I have an integration allow user to upload file and run:

2. But when user choose the file, to upload, they can not see any folder:

3. And when they tried to upload file, it showed the error:

My question is:

How do they get access to the Inbox/Outbox to upload file?
