Creating accounts using HDL

edited Aug 20, 2024 8:57AM in HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL) 8 comments

Summary:

I am trying to find a way for my client to create dummy accounts following P2T in a more automated way. I have tried creating a HDL Spreadsheet template following this user guide:

However, the account creation is ending in error with this message:
'You must provide a valid reference to the parent record. Ensure that the parent record is supplied in the same file, or has already been created. You can reference the parent record using one of the four supported key types. The View Business Objects task lists the attributes that you can use to identify the parent record for this component., The line for component PersonName with instruction MERGE doesn't include values that define a unique reference to the record. Include values for at least one of the supported keys.'

Howdy, Stranger!
