how to send html email template in notify action

Hi Experts

As i want to send email using same email template what i'm using for human task with notify action, i could see that the notify action is not able to accept the html content in body and in subject. Please help how can i achieve this.

I tried setting expire to 01s on a human task just to send email but the task never expire and stays lying for user to take action even after expiry, this also didnt work
