    Summary:

    We're facing an issue when users logged into our live DCS application which was built on Visual Builder. An error occurred after user enters credentials. We can see the error message on the console screen and GUI is blank with undefined text at the tab.


    Error Message: [VB (ERROR), /vb/stateManagement/application]: Error while loading user information. Error: HTTP status: 403 Forbidden

    Please find attached screenshot. Kindly let me know if anyone has faced this issue before and share your inputs to resolve this issue.
