oracle database alert log monitoring

this request is for enhanced alert log monitoring on oracle cloud databases.

Although there is a paid option of "Database management Pack" which only gives list of alert log errors to manually monitor. There is no way you can setup an automatic email alerts for a particular ora error.

To achieve this there is lengthy on-premise style agent to be installed and still you cannot configure the automatic alerts for errors e.g. ORA-600

To configure this, there is a lengthy and insufficient approach

Below are the High level steps to be followed to configure Database alert log monitor.
