GetTransaction API truncating the value of text area attribute when string is more than 100 chars

Summary:

We are making getTransaction API to fetch the value of all Transaction attributes. For the text area attribute having value more than 100 chrs, gettrasaction response, value is getting truncated to fetch only initial 100 chars. Any way to achieve entire value to without truncating characters through API?
