Need simple query to fetch all the active positions created in cloud without position tree

Can anyone help me to modify the filter criteria of oracle delivered EPBCS_Position_Metadata_2002 extract to fetch all the positions without position tree. Current filter criteria is

Extract Position Tree Distance <= 1 And Extract Position Tree Structure Code = 'PER_POS_TREE_STRUCTURE' And Extract Position Tree Code = Position Tree Code And Extract Position Tree Version Name = Position Tree Version Name

I am looking for simple query to fetch all the active positions.
