Question: how can OCI free-tier customer order / set PTR entries for the IPv6 and IPv4 addresses used on OCI hosted VM-s?

I was looking to move our family domain's email forwarder (~20 emails/week) from AWS to OCI. Alas: as far as I have been able to find, it is currently impossible for free-tier / "always free" customers to request PTR entries for the IP (v6 and v4) addresses assigned to their OCI hosted VM-s. Without PTR entries it is unfortunately impossible to send / relay email to gmail et al.
