Can we include differernt cc/bcc (dynamic) to email campaign?

Dear All,

We are looking for a solution to include dynamic cc/bcc to each email based on the data(PET table) via responsys. We need to include different include SPOC persons email in cc/bcc emails IDs (around 10K) in each email sent to customers based the mapping. Please help us if possible
