Exception: java.lang.RuntimeException: The CSV output file was not found on UCM

Summary:

We are trying to extract and load Procurement data from Fusion to PBCS but are getting the above error. We have followed the set up steps in the documentation and think we have the right access assigned to the integration user. (The user can run the report and download a csv from the front end of Fusion)

There are no parameters required for running the report, we are just downloading a latest list of open POs, so its not parameters causing the issue, and the log files don't really give much else other than 'The CSV output file was not found on UCM'
