Nullify 'Ordered Date' in Order Management

Hi,

The seeded functionality of Order Management populates the current date as 'Ordered Date'.

Our Customer wants to have this field blank at the start of the order entry in order to minimize mistakes and that the user will fill it at order entry

is it possible?
