Assign Role to User via REST API (v2)

Summary:

We are seeking to run a Groovy script in one Planning environment to add a "User" role for a user in another Planning environment in the same domain using the REST API v2 ( ). After adding this role provisioning, we are looking to utilize the same Groovy script to add the same user to a security group immediately after adding them to the predefined "User" role.

That said, I know that when I add a role for a user (specifically adding them as a User role to a new EPBCS environment for the first time) manually in My Services, it can take a few minutes for them to show up in Access Control within the new environment. What I wasn't sure of is whether or not this lag is experienced on both the frontend and the backend or if it is just on the frontend.
