Trigger Import Journals via Webservice without using ErpIntegrationService

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are trying to load Journals from a 3rd party app as an adhoc request. We are using the Journal Import service to populate the data into Interface tables in SaaS. We are now trying to trigger Import Journals ESS Job with parameters as a next step but we could not see any references online.

Is this possible to trigger without using ErpIntegrationService? if yes, which service and how to call it? We wanted to do a non-FBDI approach if that's an option. We want to know if we can create Actuals, and Encumbrances separately and do both if needed.
