Use additional fields to store Offset ROU and Liability Values

Summary:

I am currently migrating 1000+ leases for a client. They are currently using Planon to keep track of their lease contracts and would like to have additional historical information stored in Oracle from Planon. Planon provides a field to store offset ROU and Liability amounts, however, Oracle does not provide a one to one mapping for these fields. Is there any fields we can use in Oracle to store this information and if yes, how do we use it? Or can we only use the description field which is a free text field?
