Can multiple users be entering inline Notes in one report to different line items simultaneously?

Summary:

Can multiple people be working in the same report, entering Notes on different line items of an inline Note Template as long as a dimension member (like accounts in this example) is different between their Note POVs?

This example would in theory have multiple users entering variance analysis for the same period, year, and all other dimension members but for different account line items. Since they are editing the Note and not the report, does this mean they could all be working simultaneously? If two users happen to attempt to be working in the same POV at the same time, would the note just take the last edit of the last person that clicks OK to submit their text?
