Issue when creating an ASN. You must enter a valid value in the LINE_NUM column.

I am trying to create ASN using REST API where I have provided the correct document line number and schedule number according to the item. But I am still getting this error in processing errors API "You must enter a valid value in the LINE_NUM column. The current value is 11". Is there any rule set because this is working fine from the frontend.
